The mission of Greenwich Land Trust is to conserve open space, connect our community with the natural world, and inspire the next generation of conservationists.

Since 1976, Greenwich Land Trust has played a vital role in conserving open space by partnering with land donors, public utilities, and state and local government agencies to protect land from future development and invasive species and restore native species. As an Accredited Land Trust, we foster community engagement and nurture a sense of environmental stewardship.

As we come upon our 50th Anniversary, we are celebrating milestones while looking ahead – focusing on how Greenwich Land Trust can best conserve our environment, protect healthy ecosystems, and continue to connect our community to the natural world.
